The job
Web design and SEO agency, Winter Haven, FL
This site. It ran on WordPress and Elementor until September 2026. We rebuilt it on our platform, measured it against the WordPress baseline from the day before, and kept rebuilding: local SEO pages, the Agentic Ready campaign, the JAB point-cloud device and the service stages you see now.
Service: Agentic-ready website. Before: WordPress + Elementor. Numbers for this and every other rebuild are on the WordPress rebuild results page.
What changed
- Home page on a phone shows up in 1.9 seconds instead of 21.1, with a speed score of 99 instead of 54.
- All nine agentic checks pass: llms.txt, Markdown twins of every page, WebMCP tools and the discovery files.
- The WordPress fallback is gone: frozen copies of the old form pages post to the new lead endpoint with Turnstile.
- A once-per-session logo intro, page transitions and a brand device drawn from the real JAB ring, on every service page.
- Every client rebuild gets this treatment, and the before and after numbers go on the results page.
- JAB point-cloud device
- Logo intro and page sweep
- Agentic checks 9/9
- Service stages
- Lead endpoint with Turnstile

Measured
Before and after, same pages, same test
Google's Lighthouse on the live domain before we touched it and again after cutover. Three runs each; the middle result is shown. Anything that got worse stays on the page, marked.
