Training and supplies for party rental businesses, Central Florida

Slumber Party Supplies sells training videos, teepee plans, websites and support to people who run slumber party and party rental businesses, from the team behind Slumberr. Their WooCommerce store took 19.1 seconds to show its home page on a phone. We rebuilt it on our platform in the Slumberr look, kept every item separate and request-only, and added a quiz that helps an owner pick their next party.

What changed

Home page on a phone shows up in 3.1 seconds instead of 19.1, the page is 729 KB instead of 3 MB, and mobile performance went from 56 to 92.
Rebuilt in the Slumberr design system, black and white with a new line-drawn teepee mark, with light and dark modes.
Every item is sold separately: visitors add items to a request list, choose their options and send it, with no online checkout, and the owner replies to each request.
A five-question party quiz that returns its top three training videos with the reason for each, and a shop explorer that filters by type, price and search.
Old product URLs redirect in one hop, and the member portal keeps working on the old system so existing members keep their logins.
