Can you remove bad reviews?
No one can remove an honest review. We reply to it calmly for you, and we report reviews that break Google's rules, such as spam or fake reviews, through Google's own process. Google makes the final decision.
Can I give customers a discount for leaving a review?
No. Google does not allow rewards for reviews. We ask every customer for an honest review right after the job, which is the reliable way to grow your rating.
Do you use stock photos on my profile?
