This policy explains what JABstract collects when you use jabstract.net, why we collect it, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read, not to be impenetrable.
JABstract is a web design, marketing and software agency based in Winter Haven, Florida, serving clients across the United States. We are the controller of the personal information described here.

Our contact and questionnaire forms collect the name, email address, phone number and project details you choose to enter. We use this to answer you and to quote work. Nothing more.
Our site runs a live chat widget. Anything you type in it, plus basic technical details about your visit, is processed by our chat provider so we can reply.
We use analytics to understand which pages people read and which they leave. This tells us things like which pages are slow or confusing. It includes your approximate location, device and browser, the pages you visit and how you arrived.
We collect the billing details needed to invoice you and take payment. We never see or store your full card number. Our payment processor handles card details directly.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with data brokers. We do not use it to build advertising profiles about you for other companies.
We use established providers to run this site and our business. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job.
These providers process information under their own privacy terms. Embedded content, such as a map or a video, can set its own cookies as though you had visited that provider’s site directly.
Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. We use them to keep the site working correctly, to remember preferences, and to measure traffic through analytics.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly if you do. Most browsers also send a Do Not Track signal, and there is no industry-wide agreement on how sites should respond to it, so we do not currently act on it.

Florida residents have rights under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, and residents of several other states have comparable rights under their own laws. We apply the rights above to everyone rather than checking which state you are in first.
The site runs over HTTPS, access to client data is limited to people who need it, and payment details never touch our systems. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we will not claim otherwise.
This site is meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
When this policy changes we will update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we handle your information, we will say so clearly rather than quietly editing the text.
