The job

Engineering firm, Winter Haven, FL

BBD Engineering is a full-service engineering firm in Winter Haven covering structural, civil, environmental and surveying work. Their WordPress referral program hit a critical error on a real submission. We rebuilt the site on our platform, turned the contact form into a pre-filled copy of their own work request and moved the referral program onto the new site with an office desk and an associate portal.

Service: Web Redesign Services That Boost UX, SEO & Conversions. Before: WordPress + Elementor + Gravity Forms. Numbers for this and every other rebuild are on the WordPress rebuild results page.

What changed

Every contact message emails the visitor a private link to BBD's own Engineering Services Work Request, already filled in with what they typed.
The referral program rebuilt on the new site: associates apply, the office activates them at its own desk, and associates track referrals and commissions in a portal.
A "Which engineer do I need?" scope builder on the home page and every service page that points to the right service and a pre-selected contact form.
A brand device taken from the logo's gable truss, drawn over a real drawing sheet, with a sign-and-seal intro and a red gable page transition.
A residential structural engineer page, a service-areas hub and eight city pages, with all 18 old pages kept at their exact paths.
