The job
Luxury sleepover and kids party rentals, Florida, statewide
Slumberr rents luxury sleepover tents, glamping setups and party experiences across Florida. The WordPress store ran on WooCommerce and Elementor with a product catalog and a checkout the owner did not want. We kept the black-and-white design the owner loved, rebuilt it on our platform, and replaced the checkout with a Party Planner that prices the party, adds travel, and sends the request to the owner.

What changed
- A Party Planner at /book/ with starting-at prices, add-ons priced by guest count and travel worked out from the event address.
- 121 service pages and a Halloween party hub, each with its own photos from the owner's Facebook page instead of stock images.
- A Slumberr app for the party itself: games matched to what was rented, a staff page, and review links for families.
- Bots that posted straight to the request endpoint are now parked and never emailed.
- Home page speed score on a phone went from 68 to 85 after the speed release, with the hero image preloaded and tags deferred.
